fantastic stay near everything!

attentive staff perfect location late flight

The staff at the front desk were always available and helpful. Anastasia was particularly attentive. the location suited my needs perfectly as it was close to many main attractions. Mosques and aqueducts were within walking distance. i also appreciated being offered a room to freshen up before my late flight after i had already checked out.

the spa treatments seemed a bit expensive considering what they offered. i think some adjustments to the pricing could make it more appealing.

delicious breakfast professional staff same floor bad soundproofing poor experience clear noise

the breakfast offered many choices and tasted delicious the staff at the entrance and reception were kind and professional. i felt very welcome from the first moment i arrived. the hotel gave us all the rooms we booked on the same floor as requested.

the room had NO soundproofing at all i could hear everything the people next door were saying. it was a very bad experience i could hear everything clearly outside the window. i am not sure why this is even considered a hotel room.

i found the location very convenient. it was close to many attractions. the breakfast offered a good variety (especially the pastries). i also appreciated the helpfulness of the staff at the front desk.

the wifi connection was quite slow. i had difficulty using it for work. the hairdryer in the room had a short cord. it was difficult to maneuver. the rooftop restaurant was disappointing (the tablecloths looked worn).

i found transport links very accessible. the breakfast had many choices and tasted great. the staff always greeted me with a smile. the room was nice and had everything i needed for a comfortable stay. i really appreciate the friendly service i received from the hotel staff.

the rooftop restaurant was a little disappointing. the tablecloths seemed a bit wrinkled, and the waiters did not appear very competent. the food quality also did not impress me much.

excellent Hotel stay near sirkeci station

free upgrade complimentary breakfast perfect location

i booked a room last minute. i booked a superior king room but there was some kind of mixup. the room was unavailable, so i was upgraded to a king suite at no cost, including complimentary breakfast. the location is amazing. it is right next to the sirkeci marmaray station and a short distance from the tram stop. the couch was comfy enough to sleep on.

there were cleanliness issues at the hotel. i noticed an ant infestation in the room. i saw it in the bathroom on the first day. i also noticed it on the kitchenette desk in the main room other days.

poor room cleanliness old breakfast items

the staff was good, sebahat and jacop were really helpful.

the room wasn't clean as it should be. i saw dust collecting in the corners of the room and it just didn't feel well-cleaned. some breakfast items seemed old, though there was variety.
